Inge processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide us with this data yourself.

Inge sends newsletters by e-mail. In these newsletters new blog posts are shared and every now and then a nice offer. Your first name and email address are collected through the appropriate form on Inge’s website.
Your data will be collected if you contact Inge via the website. However, this form only asks for the necessary data to make a proposal or offer a service, such as your name, company name, e-mail address and phone number.
Inge does not make decisions about issues that can (significantly) affect people based on automated processing. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems, without a human being being involved. Inge uses the following computer programs or systems.
The data that Inge receives and processes are managed by:
01. Active Campaign
All email addresses are received by Active Campaign. When you sign up for the newsletter, your email address and first name are automatically stored in the appropriate list within Active Campaign.
When you make a purchase in our webshop, the payment details are stored by our payment system Mollie.
Our webshop is linked to the WordPress plugin Woocommerce. The purchase data is stored in this plugin.
How long we keep personal data
Inge will keep your personal data no longer than strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:
01. Sending newsletters
Your email address and first name will be stored in Active Campaign. The storage of your data is indefinite. You can unsubscribe whenever you want via the link at the bottom of the newsletters or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
02. Contacting us
At the moment you contact Inge via e-mail, the data you send us, such as your name, company name and e-mail address, will be stored on the mail server. These mails will be stored for a maximum of two years.
The data collected by Analytics on the website is anonymous, i.e. not linked to your name, company or e-mail address. This data is stored indefinitely within Google Analytics.
Sharing personal information with third parties
Inge will not sell your data to third parties and will only provide them if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to meet a statutory obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Inge remains responsible for these processes.
No physical copies will be made of your personal data. Your data are only managed in the aforementioned systems and software.
The personal data that are managed by Inge or by previously mentioned third parties, are only accessible via the above-mentioned software and are protected by a password and where possible with two-step verification.
With this two-step verification, a code is generated from the software and sent to Inge. This code must be used during the login process.
The devices that access your data are each themselves also locked with a password and/or fingerprint. The number of devices that have access to your data is limited to only the necessary ones.
